You may have a favorite spot to fish, or a favorite restaurant to go to on Friday nights. You probably even have some friends that, dare I say it, you like better than others. Is that OK? What lesson is God trying to teach us through the words of James? When we show partiality or preference to one person over another, is it always a sin?
